They have joined us from many disciplines, mostly insurance, and with knowledge of all sorts of industries. Some have been in insurance for many years whereas others have chosen De Villiers as the place to embark upon a promising career in our line of work. But all our people are all supremely professional, committed and passionate and each of them is a specialist in his or her own area of expertise.

Jan de Villiers was instrumental in founding De Villiers brokers in 1998. The new company made an immediate impact both in the market with its reputation rising substantially in the following months and on its clients as it was now able to provide a wide range of professional services and more effectively manage their insurance and risk management solutions. Jan also farms and owns a Friesian Horse Stud. |

Marinda de Villiers's attention to detail during her years in insurance has allowed her to keep abreast of the latest market developments, so as to ensure that policies are constantly updated to include the widest cover while concurrently reducing the cost of insurable risk. She shares her husband's passion for Friesian horses and are actively envolved in Friesian Events. |

| Anne Koorts's experience in insurance & commitment to providing a professional service for all our clients may sound fairly straightforward but it has seen her maintain a high level of client retention during her years in the profession and indeed allowed her to develop new opportunities throughout this time. Besides that she has improved service level agreements with our insurer partners to realise a more efficient claims operation for all De Villiers Broker clients,improving the service to customers be it Claims, Hospital Authorizations, Cronical Applications, adding Dependents, as well as accounts, Enquiries or any other Medical Related Enquiries. |
